You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is shipped.
For orders within the UK, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 10-14 business days for delivery.
We can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. To make this request, please email support@alittlemoment.co.uk
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order using our free returns service.
If you need to amend your order before it has been shipped, please email support@alittlemoment.co.uk with the details of your request. We will check and let you know if the changes can be made.
If your order hasn't been delivered within 4 business days, please contact our Customer Service. Make sure to have your tracking and order number ready. You can reach us by sending an email to support@alittlemoment.co.uk.
Exchanges & Returns
We hope you love your jewellery as much as we do. However, if you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item using our free returns service.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.

From the day you return your item, it can take up to 4 business days for UK orders and up to 10-14 business days for international orders for your parcel to be delivered back to us and processed. All returns are subject to our routine inspection. We will notify you by email as soon as your refund has been processed.
Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method used for your order. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
We do not offer exchanges for online orders. However, you can return unwanted items (except earrings) for a full refund and place a new order for the desired items.
